How good of Bishop Marc and his group to stop in New Orleans. Lily is right. You have to be there to absorb the sense of being in a wasteland. Two years later, vast areas are still wasteland. Pictures and TV don't tell the story.
What's been accomplished is due to the fortitude and determination of the residents in the face of the many obstacles placed in their way.
